Here you can download, the tool we uses for doing remote support on your ComArchive installation.
Do the following:
- Download ComArchive Remote Support Tool by clicking on the below Download button
- Extract the content of the zip file on the server, where ComArchive is installed
- Run the CA Support Tool application
