You can disable ComArchive at any time, without it influencing your Microsoft Exchange® installation. 

Installation of ComArchive will not alter, delete or add data to your Microsoft Exchange® installation. Neither will ComArchive alter the existing Microsoft® environment setup in any way, and this includes the security set-up and daily maintenance routines.
