ComArchive do not alter any access right within your current security setup – including who has access to the specific mailboxes and their content.

You might be requested by law or by other circumstances to have perform a cross mailbox search for specific content (e.g. search fraser from e-mails or attachments in e-mails). ComArchive is build to contain a special access system with dual log-in facilities so that no-one person alone can perform unauthorized searched in other users mailboxes.

ComArchive is build to be installed in your local IT environment and does not send, track or in any way share or store your e-mail information with any third party. However some hosting companies does offer to host your Microsoft Exchange with the ComArchive Application installed.
